In celebration of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams Jr.’s current Rowdy Frynds tour, we are looking for the Number 1 Rowdy Frynd!
Show us all the reasons why you are the biggest Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Jr. Fan by submitting a 30-45 second video clip demonstrating your devotion to two of America’s greatest southern rock legends! Singing, dancing, partying…tape your pre-show tailgating skills, or after-show rituals. However you decide to capture your prize-winning adoration on tape is fine with us! The fan with the most creative and convincing video clip will be designated the Rowdy Frynd and will win a Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams Jr. Prize Pack.
To enter the contest, submit your video clip & fill out the contest form. All videos should be submitted to the Rowdy Frynds group page on YouTube by visiting http://youtube.com/groups_addvideos?name=rowdyfrynds. Three finalists will be selected by a panel of judges. These three finalists will ALL receive a exclusive Hank Jr./Skynyrd Prize Pack which include tickets to a show. Contestants will have the choice between tickets to either a Lynyrd Skynyrd OR Hank Williams, Jr. show.

Rowdy Frynds CONTEST RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Void where prohibited. The Rowdy Frynds Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal U.S. residents (except for residents of Rhode Island) who are at least 21 years old by June 1, 2007 (“Contestants”). Employees of the Sponsor (as defined below) and their immediate families, their IRS dependants, and members of their same households are ineligible. Anyone who attempts to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible.
2. HOW TO ENTER: This Contest begins at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time on April 22, 2008, (the "Start Date") and ends at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time on June 1, 2007 (the "End Date") (the "Entry Period"). You can only enter this contest by submitting a video to http://www.youtube.com/group/rowdyfrynds entry at any time during the Entry Period (an “Entry”). Entries must be made by U.S. residents who do not live in Rhode Island and must be received by Sponsor within the Entry Period. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules in all respects are ineligible and void. By submitting a video, each entrant represents that the video submitted is the original work of entrant and has never been published and has not previously won any other contest award. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for disputes between persons claiming authorship of the video. Each entrant further represents that use thereof does not infringe third party rights (including, but not limited to those of and videographer or individual featured in the video), is suitable for publication and the right to submit it is not restricted by copyright. You may not sample any music that is not in the public domain in your video. Entry cannot defame, disparage or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. Entrant represents that any individuals featured in the video who are identifiable have consented to the use of their image and performance in the video, the submission of the video in this contest, and the use of the video by Sponsor in any way Sponsor deems appropriate, including any and all media and that such individuals will sign all necessary documents granting the Sponsor these rights if required by Sponsor. Videos must be suitable for publication in a public forum (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), may not contain nudity, profanity, or threats of physical violence, and may not reflect negatively on the Sponsor or its products. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants. Videos submitted become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. With respect to video entered, entrant unconditionally assigns and transfers the Sponsor all rights, title, and interest and claims in the video, including, without limitation, the copyright therein, and waives any moral rights in the video. Sponsor shall have the right to post, use, broadcast, display, publicly display, alter, edit, assign, or dispose of such entries in whole of in part (including clips or still frames from videos) however it sees fit in any and all media without limitation to time or territory without approval of entrant. Winners will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to grant the Sponsor the right to use entrants name, image, likeness and biographical materials and any other individuals appearing in the video, as well as entrants Video submitted, for advertising, publicity, and promotion purposes, including without limitation, online announcements without additional compensation.
3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: All eligible Entries will be picked from a panel of judges designated by the sponsor on June 10, 2007. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by email; if a potential winner cannot be reached after 3 days from first notification attempt, or a potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the Official Rules, or cannot or will not accept his or her prize, his or her Entry will be deemed ineligible, and another winner will be randomly selected and awarded prizes without consideration of the disqualified Entry. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. PRIZE: Three finalists will win a prize package with merchandise from both Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams Jr. Winners will also receive concert tickets. These winners will be given the option of tickets to see Lynyrd Skynyrd OR Hank Williams Jr. Once concert dates/times have been determined, no change or substitution of concert dates/times is permitted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors is not responsible for cancellation or change of show.
5. PRIZE LIMITATIONS: All expenses not specifically included in the prize as described in these Official Rules are hereby excluded. Winner may not substitute another prize or receive a cash equivalent. Sponsors, at their sole discretion, may substitute a prize or cash of equal or greater value for any reason. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winner(s) are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes. Sponsors are not responsible for delay in prize delivery.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, each entrant releases the Sponsors, participating stores, their advertising and promotion agencies, and any agents involved in the development, production or handling (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Contest, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, officers, employees and any other person/entity associated with the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Entities") from any and all liability for losses/injuries/expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death) resulting from participation in the Contest including acceptance and/or use/misuse of prize, or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. By entering the Contest, entrant also grants Sponsors the right to use the Entry and entry information for marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law, and releases Sponsors from any claims or liability relating to such use. Entrants agree that none of the Contest Entities have made or are responsible for any representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
7. If for any reason the Contest cannot run as planned, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel/modify/suspend the Contest and conduct the contest from all salvageable entries received, if any. Contest Entities are not responsible/liable for multiple entries entered by other than human means or other mechanical means, or for entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), illegible, mutilated, forged, tampered with, destroyed, incomplete, lost, misdirected, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or postage due, or entries otherwise not in compliance with Official Rules (and all such entries will be disqualified). Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents.
8. JURISDICTION: Any claims or lawsuits related to the Contest brought against any Sponsor shall be brought in the federal or state courts of the State of Tennessee. By participating in the Contest, you agree to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts, and waive all objections to such jurisdiction and venue.
